CHARLES CITY - Cecilia Kellogg, 88, of Charles City died Thursday, September 2, 2010, at Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 200 S. Main St. in Charles City, with the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag and the Rev. David Werges officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Marble Rock. A visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service.
