CHARLES CITY — Clara (Mrs. Arthur) Evju, 93, of 901 Court St., #10, Charles City, died Tuesday (Feb. 3, 1998) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Charles City, with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag offici ating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City, with a 7 p.m. prayer service. The family will greet friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services on Friday at the church.

Clara Elizabeth Mitchell was born Nov. 28, 1904, at Charles City.

Survivors include one sister, Frances Rose, of Prescott, Ariz.; and one brother, John W. Mitchell, Centerville, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one broth er and one sister.
