Dorothy "Dottie" Tobin

CHARLES CITY - Dorothy "Dottie" (Mrs. Mike) Tobin, 72, of 1105 Gilbert Street, died Saturday (Sept. 5, 1998) at the Nora Springs Care Center.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Charles City, with Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at Charles City.

Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City. At 7:30 p.m., a scriptural wake service will begin. Visitation will continue an hour prior to the Mass at the church Wednesday.

Dorothy "Dottie" Delores (Dial) Tobin was born July 10, 1926, at St. Louis, Mo.

Living family members include her husband, Mike, of Nora Springs; a son, Robert Tobin, of Charles City; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son.
