Saltsgiver, 74, Dies
at Floyd; Funeral to
Be Conducted Tuesday

CHARLES CITY, IOWA — The body of James Saltsgiver, 74, who died Sunday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. R. J. Scofield in Floyd, was brought to the Grossman funeral home. He had been ill a week with heart trouble.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Scofield home in Floyd with the Rev. G. A. Hess officiating and burial will be in Oakwood cemetery, Floyd.

Besides Mrs. Scofield, a sister, Mrs. Fred Thomas, Floyd, and a brother, William Beattie, Portland, Oregon, survive.
