IOWA DEATHS

CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 2 p.m., in the St. John Lutheran church, for Mrs. Albert Voelker, 72, who died at the Cedar Valley hospital here Sunday, where she had been a patient for about two weeks. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.

She had been in failing health the last few years, but she suffered a stroke on January 7, this year.

Born in Germany, she came to this country, with her parents when she was one and a half years old, to Milwaukee, Wis., and then to Floyd county, where she had spent the last 70 years. She was married to Albert Voelker on July 24, 1901, and four children were born to their union, one of whom died in infancy.

She leaves her husband; three daughters: Lucille, and Mrs. Otto Olesen, of Charles City, and Mrs. Ben Morris, Chicago, Illinois; one sister, Mrs. Ida Hoeft, and two brothers, Gus and Fred Havner, all of Charles City.

One brother preceded her in death.
