Services to be on Thursday afternoon

ROCKFORD, IOWA - Mrs. James Young, Sr., 74, of Rockford, died Monday morning at the Cedar Valley hospital at Charles City. She had lived in the community for 5O years.

Mrs. Young was born May 10, 1877, at Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and came to Iowa as a young girl.

Surviving are four sons: Frank Young, Nashua; James and Leslie Young, Rockford; and Roy Young, Jessup.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Grossman funeral home at Rockford.
