74, SUCCUMBS

Resided 57 Years in Marble Rock Vicinity; Rites Probably Saturday.

MARBLE ROCK, IOWA - Jan. 25 — Peter Staudt, 74, who lived northeast of Marble Rock, died late Thursday from a sudden attack of heart disease. He had resided in this vicinity 57 years.

Surviving are his widow and six sons: Dr. Carl of Stacyville; Leo of Marble Rock; George of Dougherty; Paul of Charles City; Earl of Marble Rock; and Thomas at home.

Funeral services will probably be Saturday morning at St. Mary's Church in Roseville.
