David A. Godderz

CHARLES CITY — David A. Godderz, 44, of 1400 Clark St., died Friday, August 7, 1998, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Hauser Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag, pastor of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main Street, Charles City, and one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.

David Allen Godderz was born March 30, 1954, in Mason City.

He is survived by his father, Bill Godderz, of Charles City; his mother and step-father, Margaret and Nathan Blanck, of Waterloo; one brother, Duane Godderz, of Rudd; and one sister, Patricia Kruger, of Nashua.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
