CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Funeral services for Mrs. Donald Sullivan, 32, who died Sunday evening at Cedar Valley Hospital following a stroke, will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Cresco. Rosary will be recited at the Grossmann-Hage Funeral Home, Charles City, at 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Carolyn, 7, and Mary Ann 7½ weeks; her father at Cresco; two brothers; Orvin Bakken, Lime Springs, and Roger Bakken, Cudahy, Wisconsin; three sisters; Mrs. Robert Greenslade, Harmony, Minnesota, Mrs. Nestor Reicks and Mrs. Melvin Sebastian, both of Cresco.
