MRS R.A. PERRIN DIES

ORCHARD, IOWA - Funeral rites will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hauser funeral home in Charles City for Mrs. R.A. Perrin, 69. who died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Donald Boekemeier, at Roseville, Iowa. She suffered a stroke a year ago. Burial will be in the Orchard cemetery.

Born July, 1880, as Emma Rolfes in St. Charles township, Floyd county, Iowa. In January, 1905, she married R. A. Perrin, and the couple lived for the first ten years on a farm, before moving to Orchard, Mitchell county, Iowa.

She leaves two sons, Gilbert, Charles City; Harold, Osage; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Boekemeier, Roseville; three brothers: Edward, Henry, and William Rolfes, all of Charles City.

She was preceded in death by a sister, brother, infant son and one daughter, Mrs. Stella Newton.

MRS. R.A.PERRIN, 69
DIES AT ROSEVILLE

Funeral services for Mrs. R.A. Perrin, 69, were held Wednesday afternoon, August 10, 1949, at the Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City. The Rev. J. Ellis Webb, pastor of St. Charles Methodist church, officiated. Burial was made in the Orchard cemetery.

Mrs. Perrin died Saturday at the nome of her daughter, Mrs. Donald Boekemeier, of Roseville, following a lingering illness.

Emma Rolfus was born July, 1880, in St. Charles township. In 1905 she married R.A. Perrin and the couple moved to a farm west of Orchard where they settled.

She is survived by two sons, Gilbert of Charles City and Harold of Osage; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Boekemeier of Roseville; three brothers, Edward and Henry Rolfus of Charles City and William Rolfus of Rudd; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister, a daughter, Mrs. Stella newton, and an infant son.
