ELROY S. LATCH
CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Services for Elroy S. Latch, 47, Charles City auctioneer, 4-H leader, county committeeman, and pony breeder who was active in the Pony of America Club, who died Monday evening at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital after a prolonged illness, will be at 10 p.m. Friday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Knights of Columbus and parish rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at Houser Funeral Home.
He is survived by his widow, Helen; a daughter, Sandra, a student in St. Mary's School of Nursing, Rochester, Minnesota; a son, Wayne of rural Charles City; two brothers, Clement of Rockford and Gerald of Mason City; and a sister, Mrs. Duane Trees of Greene, Iowa.
