Sadie A. Ponto

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Sadie A. Ponto, 92, of 606 G. St., died Tuesday (Feb. 27, 1996) at the Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Howardville Wesleyan Church, rural Floyd, with the Rev. Marty Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:30 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday at Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., and one hour prior to services at the church in rural Floyd.

Sadie Allie Ponto was born on August 12, 1903, in Cedar Township, Floyd County, Iowa.

Survivors include one nephew, Vernon Noah of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
