CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Lola M. Venz, 77, formerly of Ionia, died Thursday (Dec. 26, 1996) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag and the Rev. Karen Rask Behling officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.

Lola Mae Clark Venz was born May 15, 1919 in rural Elma.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond, of Charles City; three daughters, Joan Jung and Jeanne Moser, both of Charles City, and Dixie Beaupain of Iowa Falls; one brother, James D. Clark of Charles City; one sister, Marie Zimmerman of Nashua; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
