Leo Wallace 1917-1996

RICEVILLE, IOWA - Leo Wallace, 79, of Riceville, died Monday (Dec. 23, 1996) at the Riceville Community Rest Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Lindstrom Funeral Home, Riceville, with the Rev. Herschel Hawf officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Lindstrom Funeral Home.

Leo was born May 18, 1917, at Rudd, Floyd county, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of Riceville; three sons, Karman of Richardson, Texas, Curtis of Riceville, and Gerald of Estherville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Milo of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Melbourne of Minneapolis, Minnesota.; and one sister, Adeline Lubbert of Riceville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
