Robert Gerk, 75, of 11th Street Chautauqua Guest Home and formerly of No. 99 N. Cedar Terrace, died Saturday (Nov. 16, 1996) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

A funeral Mass is being planned for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Church, U.S. Highway 18 and Clark Street. Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek, pastor, will celebrate the Mass. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery with military graveside honors conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. Monday at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt Street, where there will be a Scriptural Wake Service at 7:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary service led by the Knights of Columbus, Charles City Council No. 1409. Visitation will continue 1 hour prior to the Mass at the church.
