CHARLES CITY, IOWA -- Fredrick W. Peatow, 73, died Friday, June 14, 1996, in Cannon Falls, Minn.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Messiah Lutheran Church with the Rev. Curt Schneider officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Friends may call at the Messiah Lutheran Church from 11:30 a.m. until time of services. Hauser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Fredrick William Peatow was born May 16, 1923 in Reinbeck.

Survivors include his wife, Lillian Peatow of Cannon Falls, Minn.; two daughters, Patricia Erikstrup of Burnsville, Minn., and Linda Kay Rifenberick of Cannon Falls, Minn.; one son, Edward A. Peatow of Ojai, Calif.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Margaret Tehel of Harpers Ferry, and Ruth Reynard of Bucyrus, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and infant twin brothers.
