CHARLES CITY, IOWA -- Mildred Dostart, 77, of 606 Seventh Ave., Charles City, died Thursday, May 16, 1996, at the Salsbury Baptist Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at the Trinity United Methodist Church, with the Rev. John Bissett officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation was held from noon until 9 p.m. on Friday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., and will be held one hour prior to services at the church today.

Mildred Lorraine Popham Dostart was born Sept. 16, 1918 at Rockford.

Survivors include her husband, Don, of Charles City; one son, Thomas Dostart of Mt. Vernon, Wash.; five sisters, Geraldine and Bonnie Popham, and Janette Vietmeier, all of Lodi, Calif., Gladys Green of Garden Grove, Calif., and Genevieve Willert of Rockford; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Disease Association or the Trinity United Methodist Church.
