CHARLES CITY, IOWA- Aurine K. Comstock, 93, formerly of Sulphur Springs, Belmond and Mason City, died Thursday (March 14, 1996) at the Riverside Chautauqua Guest Home following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Faith United Assembly of God Church, Storm Lake, with the Rev. Garth L. Lambie officiating. Burial will be in the Buena Vista Memorial Park Cemetery, Storm Lake.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services on Monday at the church. The Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, Charles City, is in charge of the arrangements.
Aurine Katherine Neuman Comstock was born Aug. 25, 1902, in Ashkum, Ill.
Survivors include one son, Charles Comstock of Charles City; one daughter, June Hoecher of Coleville, Ill.; two sisters, Mary Hanson of Storm Lake, and Emma Rundell of Houston, Texas; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, two sisters and three brothers.
