Clinton John Mooberry

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Clinton J. Mooberry, 76, of 1703 N. Grand Ave., died Thursday (Oct. 26, 1995) at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday with the family greeting friends from 4 to 6 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Clinton John Mooberry was born Feb. 11, 1919, in Marble Rock.

Survivors include his wife, Thelma Mooberry of Charles City; three sons, Gerald Mooberry of Sulpher, La.; William Mooberry of Charles City, and Dale Mooberry of Osage; three daughters, Janice Robbins of Ionia; Connie Jenn of Naples, Idaho, and Barbara Lensing of Charles City; seven stepchildren; one sister, Marge deBuhr of Charles City; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, his second wife, one daughter, one son and one sister.
