CHARLES CITY, IOWA -- Frank Woodward, about 35, died in an accident according to word received here by relatives. The body will be brought here for burial.

Woodward was employed on a dam being built at Hasty, Colorado and lived at Las Animas, Colorado.

He leaves a widow, the former Ilda Newling of this community; two daughters and one son, all at home; his father, Walter Woodward, Charles City; and a sister, Ruth Woodward, St. Paul, Minnesota.
