ROCKFORD, IOWA - Donald V. Lewis, 72, died Friday (Feb. 7, 1997) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Rockford United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rosemary Rohde-Frank officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Donald V. Lewis was born March 5, 1924.

Don is survived by his son, Carl Lewis of Iowa Falls; two brothers, Dale J. Lewis of Mason City, and Roy A. Lewis of Iowa Falls; one stepbrother, Eugene A. Lewis, Marion; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Geneva; one daughter, Charlotte Kock; one sister, Betty Schmidt; one brother, Roger; and one half brother, Louis Patalas.

Visitation will begin at 6:30 p.m. today at the Schumburg Funeral home.
