CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Dorothy A. Jorgensen, 86, Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home, and formerly of 1102 Freeman St., died on Monday, May 5, 1997, at the nursing home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, rural Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Thursday.

Dorothy A. Jorgensen was born on December 13, 1910, in Charles City.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Kluwe and Bonnie Milhan, both of Charles City; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, three brothers, one sister and triplet grandchildren.
