CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Duane O. Andresen, 77, 805 Eighth Ave., died Monday (Jan. 13, 1997) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 807 S. Main St.

Visitation will be held from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. There will be further visitation one hour prior to services at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the First Christian Church or Heart to Home Hospice.

Other arrangements are incomplete at the funeral home.

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Duane O. Andresen, 77, of Charles City, died Monday (Jan. 13, 1997) at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with the Rev. Greg Lugn officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, with military graveside honors conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church.

Those considering an expression of sympathy may direct memorials to the First Christian Church or Heart to Home Hospice.

Duane Oscar ``Andy'' Andresen was born May 18, 1919, near Nora Springs.

Survivors include his wife, June, of Charles City; three children, Sharon Baker of Anchorage, Alaska, Patrick Andresen of Tucson, Ariz., and Sandra Willhite of Farmington, Minn.; eight grandchildren; a brother, Paul Andresen of Gulfport, Miss.; and a sister, Donna Campbell of Story City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
