CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Virgil Nitz, 62, of Charles City, formerly of the Lakota area, died on Tuesday, October 19, 2004, at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Lakota, with the Rev. Marino Melsted officiating.
