ROCKFORD, IOWA — Mylen Joseph Kai, 70, of 1225 Winnebago Road, rural Rockford, died Tuesday (Sept. 28, 2004) at his home.

No formal visitation or service is planned in Mason City. However, a memorial service is anticipated at a later date in Pender, Nebraska.
