Ryan David Hoffman, infant son of David and Jackie (Wilson) Hoffman, was stillborn on Wednesday, December 10, 2003, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.

Along with his parents Ryan is survived by, a twin sister, Rachel; a 3 year old sister, Rebecca; and a brother, Tyler; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Jennie Ross of Charles City; maternal grandparents, Robert and Frances Wilson of Charles City; paternal great grandmother, Florene Royal Johnson of Charles City; maternal great grandmother, Arlene Wilson of Charles City; several aunts and uncles; and seven cousins.

Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents, George Royal and Lee and Marie Ross; and maternal great grandparents Glen Wilson and Roy and Clare Alden.

The Hauser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
