Kathryn Gunn, age 86, of Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa, died on October 17, 2002, at Charles City.

Memorial services for Kathryn Gunn will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2003, at the Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens rural Charles City.

The family will greet friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Kathryn Elaine Gunn was born August 21, 1916, at Wall Lake, the daughter of James and Anna (Shafer) Gunn. She attended the Nora Springs School.

Living family members include two nephews, Jim (Win) Lindsay of Iowa Falls, and Larry (Carol) Hansen of Platte City, MO; and two nieces, Shirley Bennett of Indianapolis, IN, and Linda Bastron of Cedar Falls.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Helen Lindsay, and Marjorie Mohler, and after Kathryn's death another sister, LaVerna Hansen, died on March 24, 2003.
