Arnold Albert Hill, 67, of 806 North Grand, Charles City, Iowa, died Thursday, July 11, 2002, at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2002, at Sunnyside Memory Gardens, Charles City. There will be no visitation.

Arnold was born January 13, 1935, the son of Vern and Ruby L. (Thompson) Hill in New Hampton. He graduated from Fredericka High School. Arnold enjoyed watching baseball and Hawkeye Basketball. He was also an avid reader.

Arnold is survived by two sons; Paul Hill of Waterloo, and Lewis Hill and his wife Brenda of Cedar Falls, three grandchildren; Trenton Wion, Lou Ann Hill, and Kristina Hill, and his ex-wife Pauline Merrill of Waterloo.

Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Faye Ploeger Hill and Angie Hill, two aunts, and three uncles.
