WATERLOO - Benjamin E. Palmer, 81, of Waterloo, Iowa, died on Thursday, February 17, 2000, at the Friendship Village Retirement Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, 2000, at the Locke Funeral Home in Waterloo.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Charles City at 12:30 p.m. on Monday.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
