NASHUA, IOWA - Cayden Robert Dietz, son of Todd and Jessica Dietz of Nashua was stillborn on Thursday, January 1, 2009 at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua with Rev. James Mann officiating.

Betty Orric was the organist and lead the congregation in the singing of “Jesus Loves Me.” Janice Edson will sing “Just A Closer Walk With Thee” and “On Eagles Wings.” Interment will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens rural Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa.

Visitation was held on Tuesday before the service at the little Brown Church. Memorials may be directed to the family. Online condolences may be left for Cayden at www.hugebackfuneralhome.com.

Cayden is survived by his parents, Todd and Jessica (Cook) Dietz; a sister, Cassidy Cook; a brother, Conner Dietz; his maternal grandparents, Patricia Cook and Robert Porter; his paternal grandmother, Patricia Dietz all of Charles City; his paternal grandfather, Gene Dietz of Nashua; his great maternal grandparents, Carol and Robert Shirley of Floyd and Mrs. Porter of California.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Alvin and Eleanor Dietz and Ernest and Ella Cagley; his maternal great-grandfather, Mr. Porter.
