CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Kenneth Bluhm, 89, of 113 Park Drive, Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa, died Thursday, January 29, 1998, at the Riverside Chautauqua Guest Home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 2, 1998, at First Congregational Church in Charles City, with the Rev. Jack Ivey officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Charles City.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the family to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation also will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
Kenneth Edward Bluhm was born October 20, 1908, at Waterloo, Black Hawk county, Iowa.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, Charles City; one son, Dr. Delwyn Bluhm, Ames; one daughter, Kathleen Hakanson, Boone; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and one sister.
Memorials may be directed to First Congregational Church or the Pythian Kenderdine Memorial Fund.
