CHARLES CITY, IOWA — David W. Lillegraven, age 56, of Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa, died on Thursday, January 28, 1998, at his home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 1998, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends at that time. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Those considering an expres sion of sympathy may direct memorials to the Floyd County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund, the St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, or Hospice of North Iowa, Charles City Satellite.

David W. Lillegraven was born on November 18, 1941, in Decorah, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Janice, of Charles City; three children, Joel Lillegraven of San Diego, Calif., Michael Lillegraven of Des Moines, and Carrie Rover of Charles City; his mother, Marian Lillegraven of Deco rah; a brother, Mark Lillegraven of Mabel, Minn.; a sister, Mary Hegg of Decorah; and one grandson.

He was preceded in death by his father.
