Charles City, Iowa – Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Elizabeth Keidel, 81, mother of Amiel Keidel, 105 Blunt Street, who died at her son’s home Thursday after an illness of over a year. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery at Rudd.

Mrs. Keidel lived for 17 years in the Rudd community then in West St Charles township for 37 years; a year ago she moved to Charles City with her son; a member of the Central Methodist church; husband, Christoph Keidel, dies in 1925.

She leaves two sons, Amiel Keidel, Charles City, and Wilbur Keidel, Clinton.

One daughter and one son preceded her in death; one granddaughter also survives.
