Margret M Wolf, 90, a resident of 408 5th Ave, Charles City, died Wednesday evening, Nov 5., 1997, at her home. She was a hospice patient.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, with The Rev. Larry Vallery, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, Charles City officiating.

Burial will be in the riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

Friends may call at the Hauser Funeral Home from 4 pm to 9 pm today (Thursday) and from 9 am until the time of service Friday.

Margaret Marcelia Wolf was born March 23, 1907, at Charles City, the daughter of Lawrence and Amanda L Lueckens Wolf. She graduated from Charles City High School in 1925 and received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in from the University of Iowa in Iowa City in 1929 and 1930.

She taught biology in high school and in junior college at Creston from 1936-38,and also taught at Mason City High School and junior college from 1938-45. She was in sales and was a section advisor for Westmorland Tableware from 1945-58.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church the American Association of University Women for 55 years, was a past president and charter member of Soroptimist International and was a member of the Floyd County Historical Society, the Sigma Kappa Sorority, the St. Charles Women’s Cemetery Assoc., the Board of Floyd County Cerebral Palsy, the Liberty Lobby in Washington D.C. the Senior Citizens and the Heritage Club.

Living family members include several cousins:
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lucille Wolf.

Memorials may be directed to hospice of North Iowa or the Trinity United Methodist Church both of Charles City.
