Charles City – Funeral services were here Monday for Irving S. Hirsch, 70, former Charles City resident who died Friday at his home in Sheboygan, Wis.; burial in Riverside cemetery, leaves three children, Kenneth I. Hirsch, Kohler, Wis.; Mrs. Thomas Wolfert and Mrs. Westley Demars, Sheboygan, and eight grandchildren.
