AFFIDAVIT: August 7, 1953.

I, Eline Halvorson, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am a resident of the State of Iowa and have been such a resident for more than the last 45 years; that I live at Osage, Iowa; that Ole A. Lundene and Mathea O. Lundene, his wife were my Uncle and Aunt; that said Mathea O. Lundene (who was one and the same identical person as Mrs. O.A. Lundene and Mathia Lundene) died a resident of Floyd County, Iowa on or about January 5, 1911 (and her estate was probated in Floyd County, Iowa,) owning the

SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 24, 97, 18, Floyd County,Iowa;

That I know that Ole A. Lundene died a resident of Floyd County, Iowa on or about the 20th day of June, 1904; that so far as I know he left no Last Will and Testament; that he left surviving him his widow, Mathea O. Lundene and three children, Alma Lundene, Stella Lundene and Otto Lundene; that Alma Lundene later became Alma Leonhardi by marriage and Stella Lundene later became Stella Tufte by marriage; that at the time of his death Ole A. Lundene owned the

SW 1/4 SW 1/4 24, 97, 18, Floyd County, Iowa;

and I am sure that all his debts, including those of last sickness and burial were fully paid.

I do further state that Jacob Peterson was my grandfather and died on or about November 4, 1898 owning the

SE 1/4 SW 1/4 25, 97, 18, Floyd County, Iowa;

that I know wherever in the proceedings in his estate and in the tile to said land the names Mrs. M. Evenson and Oline Evenson appear, they refer to one and the same identical person; that wherever the names Mrs. J. Johnson and Gina O. Johnson appear they refer to one and the same identical person; that wherever the names Severyn J. Peterson and Sever J. Peterson appear they refer to one and the same identical person.

I further state that I have no interest in making this Affidavit except to state the facts as they are known to me.
