Charles City Boys Are Arrested For Possessing Pheasants 1949

New Hampton, Ia.—Three Charles City youths were arrested in Chickasaw county over the weekend for possession of pheasants out of season and having an assembled gun in their car.
Keith J Oldham, 18, pleaded guilty when arraigned before Mayor Earl Lampson here and paid a $100 fine and $29 costs. Robert Munson, 16, and Glen Nelson, 17, were given preliminary hearing before Mayor Lampson and their cases were transferred to juvenile court, with a hearing scheduled for Wednesday.
The youths were arrested by H.O. Eells, state conservation officer.
