Lost Family

CAVANAUGH, CAVENAUGH, MCNEEL

Looking for a Peter & Mary (McNeel) Cavanaugh who came to from Ireland in 1849 and located on a farm in Delaware County, Iowa. Also their son William who lived with them until he was eighteen years old, then went to Delhi, Iowa as an apprentice with his uncle Patrick McNeel to learn the blacksmith trade. He later became an engineer on the Great Lakes.
Do any of these people sound familiar to anyone?
