This is probably the "Catholic Cemetery" listed in the WPA records in Westfield township, section 19. St. Francis Catholic Church is located in the town of Fayette, Iowa and their cemetery northwest of town on 152nd Street (about mile west of Highway 150 going north out of Fayette). Hope this helps.
