E.C. Belt Biography

Does anyone have access to a copy of the "Past and Present of Fayette County, Iowa, 1910" where E. C. Belt's Biography appears. It is posted on the Fayette County website with a notation that a photo appears in the original source book. I am related to E.C. Belt through his father's brother Benedict Belt who ia also listed as an early settler of Jefferson Twp. from the 1878 history.

If someone could scan the photo in and email it, I would greatly appreciate it.
