Where do I find info on the town of Fairbanks IA - is it in Fayette or Buchanan Co?? Have a copy of marriage record for Margaret C. McCray, age 19, and Elam Jones, 26 Jan 1859. Her parents: Joseph W. McCray (1809 VA - 15 Jul 1878 Fairbanks, IA.) and Mary Ann Frederick, (b. 23 Dec 1818, OH or PA- d. 8 Apr 1862, Fairbanks, IA) Margaret moved Nebr. soon after her marriage.
