Clara Oelwein

My great grandmother, Clara Oelwein, immigrated, with her family, to Banks Twnship, Fayette County in 1893 from Germany. I believe she was about 13 at the time. Her father was Edward Oelwein and her mother was Selma Oelwein. I'm pretty sure that Edward Oelwein wass related in some way to Frederick and Gustave (Sr.) Oelwein who came to Jefferson Twnship, Fayette County in the mid 1800's. Would anyone out there know what the connection might be? I'm also trying to find a date of death for Clara, which I believe was in the 1950's in Sumner Iowa. Any help would be appreciated.
