Woodlawn Cemetery (Oelwein) records have a Gertrude
E. Bates. daughter of Riley & Mildred (Stone) Jacoby buried in Sec. 15, Lot 161. Dates for
Gertrude are 3 Jul 1902 - 26 May 1923. Other burials in Lot 161 are her parents and a Paul Jacoby (1918-Apr 1949).
Mildred May Jacoby 1892? - Sep 1944
Riley A. Jacoby 1871 - Nov 1946

If Mildred's birth date is correct, she is not the mother of Gertrude but perhaps step-mother. I suspect the birth date should be 1872 and at some point not recorded correctly.
