In Response To: Re: Record of a death (Dorothy Gosse)

Belatedly, I do thank you for your very quick response to my original inquiry.
I have tried to follow-up on the information you sent but to no avail.
I am quite sure the info you sent refers to my grandfather except for the date of death. I remember him a little as a little girl and I have letters from him. I recall I was 6 when he died and that would have been in 1936.
Can you refer me to a place (such as Des Moines) that may have records on file?
Also could you see if my grandmother, Florence Amelia Clark Barker is burried with my grandfather? She was 27 when my father was born on July 2, 1902 which indicates she was born around 1875. I remember she visited my parents in Washington D.C. in 1949-1950. In 1951 we moved to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas where we resided until fall of 1952. I believe my grandmother died while we were in Kansas.
Thank you, Janice A. McKelvy
