H. S. Bronson (b. abt. 1815) was living in Center Township in 1860 with his family. The Windsor North Cemetery was also known as Mathis Burial Grounds. This cemetery is located in Windsor township, northeast of Hawkeye, Iowa on Highway 18. No record of H. S. Bronson's burial but William E. Bronson with death date of 10 Aug 1860 is recorded. Assume there is a marker. It would be wonderful if you posted the obituary of this early settler, H. S. Bronson on the Obituary portion of this site !!!
