Killed in His Mill
Waucoma, Dec. 11.—The news concerning the death of Robert Patterson, a miller, widely known in this part of the state, came like a flash yesterday evening. This elderly Scotchman has operated at the Alpha mill for over thirty years. He was down in the basement to adjust some machinery and was caught and dragged in and must have been instantly killed, as he was dead when found. The body was badly bruised. Mr. Patterson was a prominent Mason.
