Indicted for Manslaughter.
Fred Brown was killed in Fayette Co. and Roy Holubar was charged with the act. A grand jury has just indicted him for manslaughter. After reading the evidence Judge Fellows reduced the bail bond to $300. This was easily furnished, and the young man is at large. The offense cannot be a serious one, according to this rating.
