Mrs. Lillie Beatty received the sad news yesterday that her son, Harry Beatty, private in the marine corps, died in France, Jun 11, from wounds received in action. He was twenty-one years of age and enlisted at Chicago, in April, 1917. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to this mother in her sorrow.
