Sherry Ann Iseminger, age 66, of Hudson, Iowa died Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa. She was born May 5, 1951 in West Union, Iowa, daughter of Clifton Miller and Inez (Clark)Miller Luchsinger. She graduated from the Valley of Elgin,Iowa High School in 1969 and received her associates degree from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo. Sherry married Joel Iseminger on January 15, 1977 at the First Baptist Church in Elgin, Iowa. For many years she was a child care provider in her home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and a member of the Hudson American Legion Auxiliary. She recently retired and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

Sherry is survived by her husband Joel; two daughters, Janelle (Jeremiah) Sander of Champaign, Illinois and Joy (Ryan) Folken of Bellevue, Nebraska; a son, Luke (Danielle) Iseminger of Hudson; six grandchildren, Sydney, Isaiah, Micah, and Chloe Folken and Jordan and Judah Sander; a brother,Kim (Shannon) Miller of Bull Head City, Arizona and two sisters, Kay (David) Boleyn of Elgin,Iowa and Nancy (Wayne) Sexton of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clifton and Inez, and her step-father, Peter M. Luchsinger; a brother Gary Miller and a sister, Traecey Methum. Services were held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Trinity Bible Church in Cedar Falls, Iowa with burial in the Hudson Cemetery.
