OBITUARIES
Services held for Clermont businessman

Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 5, for Kenneth J. Nelson, 49, at West Clermont Lutheran Church, Clermont, at 11 a.m., followed by interment in God's Acres Cemetery, Ural Clermont. Arrangements were handed by Muehlethaler Funeral Home, Elgin.

Nelson died Thursday, March 1, in the University Hospitals, Iowa City, following a long illness. He owned and operated Clermont Pin Co.

Surviving are his wife, Judith; two daughters, Tami and Brenda, both at home; two sons, Barry, Des Moines, and Todd, Waverly; his mother, Clarice, Clermont; three brothers, Enoch, Elgin; Henry, Oelwein, and Milton, Decorah, and two sisters, Delores Leppert, Dickey, N.D., and Jo Anne Sexton, Dayton, Ohio.
